How to use the Mall's Car Park
By parking your vehicle in the mall's car park, you are accepting terms and conditions displayed at the entry points and pay machines. Please ensure that you take your ticket with you inside the mall.
If you have stayed in the mall for less than 3 hours on weekdays, head to the exit and barrier will open automatically. No need to use your parking ticket 
If you have exceeded 3 hours and before returning to your vehicle, please head to the payment machines located at Ground Level at P1, P2 and P3 and on Level 1 on P4 to pay your parking fees.  After payment, please exit the car park within 15 minutes. Parking barriers will open automatically and no need to use your parking ticket 

How to pay at the machines inside the mall
Please scan your ticket or enter your car plate number where indicated and read your parking fee on the display.
Insert any combination of the following banknotes: AED 10, 20, 50, 100, 200.
Take your change if any from the change tray where indicated.
Request receipt by pressing the receipt button and collect it from the same tray. 
Take your validated ticket and proceed to exit in less than 15 minutes.
Barriers will open automatically, no need to your use parking ticket 

How to replace a lost ticket
Please attend to one of the pay machines located inside the mall and press the Lost Ticket button below the display in the Centre of the machine.
The lost ticket fee of AED 150 will be displayed – the fee applies even if the ticket is lost during the free parking period on weekdays.
The fee is non-refundable even if the ticket is found after payment has been made.
Pay the fee following the How to Pay directions and a new ticket will be issued.
Take the new ticket and proceed to the exit in less than 15 minutes.

How to replace a faulty ticket

In case you read ‘Ticket is faulty’ on the pay machine’s display, please press the intercom for assistance.
The parking operator will ask you to read your ticket serial number printed on the front side where the mall’s logo is located.
The parking operator will remotely check your ticket details and the parking fee of your ticket will automatically display on the pay machine.
Pay the fee following the How to Pay directions and a new ticket will be issued.
Take the new ticket and proceed to exit in less than 15 minutes.

For VOX Cinemas/Fitness First customers only
VOX and Fitness First customers are eligible for two additional free hours. Additional hours are charged as per the schedule of fees.
Please present your parking ticket when purchasing your movie ticket to the VOX / Fitness First cashier who will check your eligibility. Additional free hours will be applied to your parking ticket.
When leaving please validate your ticket at the pay machine, before returning to your vehicle.

For customers who shop for AED 150 and above:

Customers who shopped at City Centre Deira for AED 150 and above are eligible to validate their parking ticket
Customers should head to the nearest customer service desk and present their receipt to the customer service representative.
The customer service representative will check your eligibility. Additional free hours will be applied to your parking ticket.
Take the validated ticket and proceed to the exit in less than 15 minutes.
